About Me:
Hi, I’m Becca.
If you’re here, you might feel like you’re stuck in the mud of life— caught between feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” it can be overwhelming when we feel lost and alone in our pain, or stuck in trying to be who we think we “should” be. Whether you’re struggling in your relationships, have a chronic sense of impending doom, or are working through intense feelings of fear, anger, and shame, I’m here to meet you where you are.
For me, being a therapist means sitting in the mud with you, wading into the messiness together, and working with you towards a place where you can begin to listen to and trust yourself.
I love working with people from all walks of life and have a special passion for supporting folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals. I bring a curious, exploratory space that weaves together creative approaches, embodied/somatic practices, an attachment lens, and skill-building to gently untangle some of those uncomfortable places that can feel too heavy to work through on your own.
So, if you find yourself at least knee-deep in the mud of life, let’s talk. Together, we’ll find a way to move forward.
