Queering the Spectrum is an art therapy group for neurodiverse-queer youth (ages 14-18) that centers identity, community, and creativity. Through the lens of queer world-making, participants use art to move beyond traditional norms and build expressive spaces where they truly belong. Come create, connect, and reshape the world with us."

Led by an art therapist, you’ll engage in expressive art-making to explore and move beyond the world around them to create spaces where you’ll truly belong.
No prior art experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore. You’ll leave with practical tools for supporting your identity, community, and creativity.

Discordia offers a creative space where we will explore experiences of Self through art, and guided reflection. This closed group blends trauma-informed art therapy with DBT skills. With goals of helping to build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and a stronger sense of self.
No prior art experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore.

This group is for adults (18+) living with BPD, BPD traits or those struggling with relationships who want a consistent, environment to process emotions without needing to talk, practice coping strategies, and connect with others who understand. No artistic experience is required. You don’t need to “be creative”—just curious and willing to show up as you are.
