Therapy Services

Art Therapy

Art therapy uses your creations to explore deeper meaning, purpose, and understanding. We look at the process of art-making, rather than evaluating whether the creation is “good,” as a springboard to help gain personal insight. You can use any material and process - it’s your journey, so you get to choose.

This therapeutic process is ideal for those who sometimes struggle to find the right words, who feel that words just aren’t enough, who want to get creative with healing, or who want to get to know their Self beyond the conscious mind.

In art therapy, the art therapist serves as a witness and an observer of your process; they become curious about and with you, encouraging you to build a story around your creations.

Suitable For: Individuals

Session Length: 50 minutes

Price Range: $90 to $180

Sex Therapy

Suitable For: Individuals, Couples, & Polyamorous Units

Session Length: 50 minutes

Price Range: $180

Sex therapy works with a person's mind-body connection; it is both mental and physical, and you can do it alone or with your partner(s) as well. Kind of like sex! Traditionally, people seek out sex therapy when there is a dysfunction, dissatisfaction or discrepancy and begin to seek a good enough sex life.

What if we kept going? Towards magnificent sex (Kleinplatz, 2020)!

All persons deserve to find pleasure in their sexual selves; be it through sensual touch, impact kink or anything in between! To get there, we have to talk about it - shed the shame of our sexual selves. Our therapists will work with you at your comfort level and pace and talk about sex in an open, non-judgmental, and compassionate way.

Talk Therapy

We understand that you’re unique, and we’re dedicated to finding the right therapy fit for you. Our team is trained to use a wide range of therapy types and strategies to ensure the support we provide is the support you want. These therapy types and strategies fall under the umbrella term “talk therapy.” So yes, that means words are required here.

Here are the additional types and strategies we employ:

Group & Community Services

Community Groups & Drop-Ins

Suitable For: Everyone (Group/Drop-in dependent)

Session Length: Varies

Price Range: n/a

We offer our community art drop-ins to specific community groups, one at a time, as a space to connect, express oneself, and ask our team questions. We’re not alone in our journeys, even though we’re all on our own journey.

While our team is happy to answer questions, this is not a replacement for individual therapy. It can help to get your feet wet and learn about us, making the next step easier.

Group Art Therapy

Suitable For: Teams and Groups (up to 10 members)

Session Length: 50 minutes

Price Range: $180

Our group art therapy sessions are limited in size, and we prefer to work with established groups. For instance, if your group experiences high member turnover or a constant influx of new members, our services may not be as effective. Group art therapy is ideal for groups seeking to improve communication, expression, and work on any “blocks” that may be present.

Book Our Space
